June 11, 2026 – Creating Pictorial Quilts
Cynthia England, England Design Studio, award-winning quilter will present a Trunk Show of her work and presentation of her unique technique for creating these award-winning quilts.
WORKSHOP – Create a Small Landscape Quilt Friday, June 12 9am – 4pm Class Fee $40 + $38 Kit Fee

July 9, 2026 – Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary
Through Women Sewists
Alice McElwain provides an entertaining Trunk Show and stories celebrating 6 early American women and a quilt connection to each.
NEW! Independence Day Social Following the meeting. Stay for lunch and visit with your quilting friends.
August 13, 2026 – Program The Houston Experience
Darlene Garstecki will present the program and examples of experiences and classes from the Houton Quilt Show
WORKSHOP — Hand Embroidered Covered Buttons Aug 13 12:30 – 3:30pm Class Fee $25
NOTE: If you signed up for the workshop that was originally scheduled for February, please check in at the Programs Table to verify that you will attend the class in August.
September 10, 2026 – Colorizing Fabric
Michele Markey, Medina Domestic Arts Studio, presents art techniques and materials for colorizing designs on fabric. Includes the stitched design, markers, fabric medium and paint brush.
WORKSHOP – Create Your Own Colorized Project September 10 Fee: $60 includes Kit
October 8, 2026 – Hand Quilting
Janet Lindsey will give a trunk show of hand quilted items and demonstrate the techniques and materials required for hand quilting
FUNDRAISER– Friday, October 9
Game Day Fundraiser held 1pm – 4pm $15 per person, signed up through table leader. We have a great committee working on this fun event. More information is coming soon!
November 12, 2026 – Crazy Quilts
Judy Bowers will present a program on the history of crazy quilts and an overview of how they are created.
WORKSHOP – Create your own Crazy Quilt block and learn 2 different techniques.

December 10, 2026 – Charitable Organizations Supported by the Guild
Presentation on the organizations supported by the Guild.
