LECTURE: T-shirt design 9:30 a.m.

Nancy started sewing at a very young age, making clothes for her dolls and later for herself. She comes from a family of 10 children, so the only way to get a new outfit was to make it yourself. Technically, she made her first quilt when she was about 11 years old. She has been teaching the art of quilt-making for over 25 years. Her YouTube channel, OnPoint-TV has 52,000 subscribers at this time and she still teaches in a local shop and anywhere else she can. She loves to teach beginners and advanced techniques-from efficient and accurate rotary cutting to creating your own fabric using many painting techniques, piecing; traditional, improvisational and paper piecing and quilting. She hasn’t found a quilting technique she hasn’t loved – from beginning to end – by hand and by machine – the art of & teaching quilt-making brings her joy.
